Comprehensive Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

The Platform may collect information necessary to provide services, including:

• Public wallet addresses and Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE) authentication messages;
• Referral relationships and network tree placement;
• Vault records (Trading Vault, Demo Vault, Commission Vault), balances, tier selection, and demo commitment amounts;
• Deposit, withdrawal, trade, ledger, and commission history;
• Trading authorization state (Start Trade / Stop Trade) and Emergency Exit records;
• Contact information if voluntarily provided via support channels.

Data We Do NOT Collect: We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. Never share these with anyone.

2. Experience First (Demo) Data

If you participate in the Experience First demo program, we additionally process:

• Demo tier and commitment amount you select at vault creation;
• Demo start and expiry timestamps, vault lifecycle status, and simulated performance metrics;
• Records of whether you activated Live or allowed the demo to expire.

Demo trading uses virtual principal funded by the Platform; no on-chain deposit occurs until Live activation. Simulated demo data is stored in our application database and is not recorded on-chain until you make a real USDT deposit.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

User information is processed for:

• Account administration, authentication, and referral enforcement;
• Vault provisioning, demo eligibility, and Live activation;
• Trade execution, profit allocation, compounding, and commission settlement;
• Withdrawal processing, lock enforcement, and Emergency Exit workflows;
• Security, fraud prevention, and compliance monitoring;
• Customer support and operational communications.

4. Data Confidentiality and Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or commercially distribute User data to third parties.
• We do not disclose User information without consent except where required by law, court order, or regulatory process.

Technical Disclosures: Data may be processed by blockchain networks (BSC), RPC providers, hosting infrastructure, and analytics services as technically necessary for Platform operation.

5. Smart Contract and Fund Authorization

Live deposits and withdrawals require your explicit wallet authorization. User funds are not moved on-chain without permissions you grant via your wallet. Demo vault balances are simulated off-chain until Live activation.

6. Data Retention and Your Rights

On-chain transaction data is immutable and cannot be deleted. Off-chain account and vault records are retained as needed to operate the Platform and meet legal obligations.

You may disconnect your wallet and clear browser local storage. Optional analytics may be disabled where the Platform provides controls.

7. Security Measures

We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect User information. No electronic system is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and device.
